Renea's Kitchen At Midway

My GF, a business colleague and I found ourselves in this charming community one evening and Renea’s was the perfect spot for dinner.The service was prompt and courteous, the menu options were numerous and the prices were QUITE reasonable. The waitress was attentive and cheerfully explained the menu options and the day’s specials. We were promptly brought our drinks as we contemplated our options.The food was brought to us in a timely fashion and the portions were generous! The dishes were quite good. I ordered the smoked chicken with green beans, Mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes.We were all quite happy with our food. For dessert, my GF ordered Oreo cake and the slice was HUGE! It could easily be shared by 2-3 people.All in all, a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you find yourself in Rock Island/Midway, Tennessee.

Went for lunch today! Immediately greeted and waited on by a super sweet lady who interaced with our kids. The Food was fantastic and we had plenty to eat. Our server (wish i got her name) saw my daughters T Swift shirt and got excited and was talking with my daughter and showed her some pictures and videos. Such a fun little place to eat!

This place was amazing! All my kids were happy which never happens! I can't wait to become a regular and try everything! Plus it's just super cute and has a gorgeous view

Want home country cooking that's delish and made with LOVE , Renee's is your place, tucked in the heart of Midway, Smithville TN, the burgers are awesome, pizza is yummy, everything we've had has been fresh cooked and served quick. We love Renee's you will too!!

We were looking for new place with good food, clean atmosphere, and these ladies knock it out of the park!! Excellent food, conversation, cleanliness...cleaner than any restaurant (or hospital for that matter!) we've been in!!! Don't have to be scared of the bathroom - Spotless!!!A We will be back!!!God bless, Michael n Amelia

Went to RI for a camping trip. After a long hike we didn't want to cook. Renea's was the closest so we decided to go.This place is adorable! Great service, fresh food, and family oriented atmosphere.We even took a whole homemade pecan pie with us! Coming back our next trip

Very nice restaurant. Had the country fried steak, French fries, cornbread and cole slaw- it was very good, the gravy was excellent! Cole slaw was good, more of a vinegar taste. The cornbread was different with it being in the style of a pancake. Also ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and some of the best onion rings! The sweet tea was perfect and a huge glass! Lemon pie was very good as well. All homemade! We’ll come back again when we visit Rock Island State Park again (only 10 minutes away).

Perfect spot for some country cooking. Our family was in town staying at the cabins at the park which was about 10 minutes from the restaurant. Let me first say the size of their sweet tea and drinks is exactly what a man likes! They had to be 36oz plus. The service was very good as well. The food was delicious. The macNcheese was really good and the chicken fijita plate I ate was full of flavor. We got a couple pieces of pie and cake when we left and all of it was good but the banana pudding was perfect! Def worth a stop.
